Background
ExtraFax stores incoming faxes in TIFF or PDF format. Starting from ExtraFax 6.5, there is one more option: Searchable PDF. After integrated with Adobe Acrobat Capture (tm) technology, ExtraFax streamlines document management workflow: Incoming fax is not just an image, accurate OCR, advance page and content recognition can turn faxes into high-quality electronic documents.
